Bleach Anime has Officially Come to an End.
Episode 50 of Thousand-Year Blood War aired today, closing out the story 22 years after the series first premiered back in 2004.
What started as a shonen staple grew into one of anime's biggest franchises, and the final arc got the send-off fans had been asking for since the original anime's hiatus. Thousand-Year Blood War was split into four parts since the adaptation resumed in 2022, bringing Ichigo's story to its ending on screen.
22 years is a long time to follow one story.
