Not only were the @WalmartCanada staff rude, they also told me they knew the elevator was broken and to use it at my own risk. No sign or anything to warn your customers. When I asked to speak to a manager I was told there was none on duty. I hope no one gets hurt. 2/2
Hey @WalmartCanada I just spend 20 mins stuck in one of your Richmond BC store elevator with zero help because the alarm/call buttons were broken. When I finally pried my way out myself with my wife and 4 year old daughter I found zero response from your staff. 1/2
