The Supreme Courtās decision today does not change the science. Gender-affirming care remains evidence-based, medically necessary care that improves the health and well-being of transgender youth. Learn more: bit.ly/3FT7p2d
The Skrmetti decision is a travesty, but it is limited to the medical context for minors and does not bless all discrimination against transgender people. We also have other arguments against these bans. Transgender youth, please know that we love you and will fight for you.
