when I was new to COD I watched YT gameplays from people like xJawz, FearCrads and TheMarkOfJ - all of which had at least a 5kd - and even though I was a shitter at the time, seeing these people shred lobbies and knowing it was possible made me want to get better at the game and I sank in an insane amount of hours to do so.
what does an account that is played on by some of the best players in the world collectively averaging a 1.27kd tell people? That there is no point improving at the game.
Call of Duty with its current SBMM implementation in casual playlists has to be one of the only games out there where getting better at the game makes your experience worse.

I hope Raven Software considers a mechanic that breaks peoples aim assist in MW4 Warzone. They've nerfed smoke grenades, strafing, crouch spam, and removed wall jumping. Everyone is just going to be holding angles aimbotting each other otherwise.
