Nathan set a new club record on the weekend for the longest time between two goals. Smith netted on his return to the club - almost 20 years after his last goal!
So I played 12,349 mins out of a possible 15,030. Good return I must say 👊🏾
Look after your body and it will allow you to play these amount of games or more in 3 years even in your latter stages. 🙌🏾
It’s been a pleasure 🫡
Should I continue to play on or not? 🤔

After 3 incredible years at the Tags, veteran defender Nathan Smith will today be moving on. During his time with us Nathan has impressed plenty, winning all 3 player of the season awards in 2024, and even wearing the armband on many of an occasion ©️
Smudge has gone on to play more outfield minutes than anyone else, featuring in 82% of all total minutes since he arrived (including games he was unavailable for), and he was a late addition to the side that won the Isthmian North 🏆 Nath has had a truly phenomenal career, and we are forever grateful to have been a part of his journey 🙌
A top man on and off the pitch, and someone who always brings the “ENERGY MAN” , we’d like to thank him for his efforts whilst with us, and wish him all the very best with whatever comes next 🥹 #OnceATalwaysATag

It ends with the Tags taking all 3 points on the road! 🤩 2 second half goals and a dominant performance were enough for the W, and we head into the final gameweek just outside the bottom 4. Thanks to @RamsgateFC for their hospitality, & we welcome Dulwich Hamlet to Parkside for the final game of the season next week 👀

IN INJURY TIME! 🤩 A screamer of a first goal for the club by @bilalsayoud_ began the turnaround, before the 90+3’ winner from @onenathansmith brought all 3 points home!
No rest for the boys though as we face Aveley on Monday 👀

WHAT A PERFORMANCE! 👏 4 goals from 4 different goalscorers sums up a fantastic win against a very decent Billericay team! A dominant display puts the Tags into the 4th round where we’ll face other winners from tonight’s fixtures @NewmarketTownFC 👀

Tonight sees the former Jamaican international make his 100th appearance for the club! 🙌
Having joined us in late 2023, the defender has gone on to be a vital part of Devs’ side, and became only the second player to win all 3 POTS awards in one season, back at the end of the 23/24 campaign 💫
A defensive GENERAL, we’re excited to see just how long this man can continue to impress 💙 so what do you say Nath, here’s to a hundred more? 👀

So tomorrow I’m interviewing the big man @sammorsy08 about his season in the premiership and career so far.
I thought it be nice to include some questions from some supporters.
If you have any questions for Sam let me know and I will get some of them answered
Big up Luke 👊🏾
Good to see the main man as always @sammorsy08. Also great to catch up with another ex #Spireites player in @onenathansmith too during the game 💙

Where’s all my Ipswich Town supporters?
I’m coming to Portman Road for the Super Sunday @IpswichTown vs Man Utd!
We wanna make a day of it so let me know some key spots where the fans go before games.
Up the TOWN!
Yesterday @IpswichTown got their 1st win in premier league this season!
What an atmosphere it was sitting with Ipswich fans!
Seeing how much it meant to the fans was a reminder that footballers should keep in mind what it truly means to the fans that care when you give your all
Managed to catch up with Connor Townsend.
Great to see how far he has come in game. Played with him at @ChesterfieldFC as well 🙌🏾
