Finally achieved a long-imagined fantasy of having sex in a swimming pool. Turns out its much harder than you'd think - the water washes natural lubricant away, so could only get it 1/3 of the way in. Gave it 5-10 mins, then moved back to our boring bed to do it properly

The @HS2ltd Colne Valley Viaduct has made it to the Grand Union Canal. This means the @innerlondonramb London LOOP (E bank) is closed for "a couple of weeks" but the towpath (W bank) is open, & the Grand Union Canal itself will reopen for boaters daytime (6am-6pm) from tomorrow.

The towpath does still close intermittently for 20-30 minutes at a time, as each segment passes over. A couple more closures due tonight.

Should also add that while the plan is to reopen the canal for boat traffic from tomorrow (daytime only), there could always be delays (e.g. weather). If it does open tomorrow, the rep there recommended not trying to cross before ~8am.

Help, TfL fares experts! I cannot for life of me work out why I was only charged £12.50 and not £14.90 (Z1-6 cap) or £14.65 (the expensive journey plus £5.25 bus cap). I hit the "All services daily cap". The blue Is are hopper fares.
