Right now doing bicep curls with 20 lb in each hand. One day I'll get here... need to stay consistent.... I know it'll take years and I'm willing to give it. Last time I got committed was to grow my dividends.. took years and here I am.

Canadian banks finally showing up for dividends: $BNS - $486.04 $CM - $665.27 Total dividends today (see earlier post on the rest): $1966.55 .. not bad. Funds will go towards either $NBHC (had bad earnings and dropped a bit), and index'd ETFs and associated CC ETFs

Few entries for dividends updated. $TBIL - $796.58 $TMGN - $18.66 Still waiting on a few Canadian banks. Maybe little later after market close or tomorrow.

Fed fund rate is currently at 375-400 basis points. As of right now, 90.6% probability of no change for today, with a 78.1% increase in December. Markets already knows all this information, the question comes: will the speech/wording be more hawkish or dovish?

< 30 RSI for 10/28/26: I'm slowly adding $BA $SCHW and $XLC. $NFLX below the liberation day lows (wow!). I want to sell CSP $40P on it (3yr low), but premiums are garbage.

STO 1 $TQQQ Nov $55 P @ $0.95 More aggressive for my taste, but this is within my risk management as I sold a bunch of tech last week via my $SMH position. I'm ok with assignment and wheel as needed.

Rolled the $18 $SOFI calls from Nov to Jan .. and back to sleep on $SOFI. This single ticker has generated good premium for me and has allowed me all year to keep lowering my cost basis:
