BREAKE NEWS - YOUTUBE EXPOSED! I'm risking LOSING my channel, but I have to SHOW this to everyone.
I am being punished unfairly, along with many other creators(@niallniallyt my friend), but now I have definitive proof of the algorithm's failure.
YouTube suspended my main channel (AAXRobloxShorts) claiming "Spam" and "Scams", and is taking down my other channels for "Evasion" (Circumvention).
BUT LOOK AT THIS: I have ANOTHER channel (GumbalieBlox) that follows the same production logic and editing structure.
What happened to this channel?
First, it was automatically rejected by the bot for "Reused Content".
I sent an appeal video showing my behind-the-scenes and my creation process.
Three days later, a HUMAN reviewed and APPROVED monetization (YPP)!
Meaning: When a human analyzes my work structure, they see it is legitimate and approve it.
Funny, isn't it? The same creation methodology that the robot classified as "Spam" on the main channel, the human specialist validated as professional and monetizable on the other.
The contradiction is clear: 🤖 ROBOT judges wrong and punishes. 👤 HUMAN analyzes the process and validates.
YouTube is hurting original creators due to a systemic failure they refuse to admit, ignoring the validation that their own team just provided.
@TeamYouTube, your system is contradictory and needs urgent fixing!
Reminder, guys: yes, I might have made some minor mistake, or repeated recent content too much due to current Trends. But that DOES NOT justify YouTube banning me permanently for "Scams", and banning other creators permanently from the platform.
As I said before: Remember, you are not just deleting channels, you might be deleting lives.

Look @TeamYouTube, I must be a clown 🤡. Can you explain how one of my channels (which I can't access because my Brand Account was banned for "evasion") just got invited to a Bootcamp at YouTube Brazil HQ?
If I'm "spam", why am I on the VIP list? It’s heartbreaking to have my dream blocked by the same platform that validates my content quality. Make it make sense.

I think the first and most important point is that I have always carefully read the policies and been very cautious when creating my videos and descriptions. I started producing content seriously around May 2025, and since then I have been wholeheartedly dedicated to building legitimate work that aligns with the platform's guidelines.
I am human, and if I made any mistake, I sincerely apologize and ask for YouTube's guidance to understand and correct it. I am a legitimate creator who has been passionate about this platform forever. YouTube represents my dream, and now that I have finally found a content format that I love creating, I ask that you don't take this dream away from me.
Please help me improve if something was truly misinterpreted.

Hello @TeamYouTube, My YouTube channel with 360k subscribers was recently terminated for “spam, scams, or deceptive practices.” All of my content is fully original, and I believe this was a mistake. My appeal was rejected almost instantly, likely by an automated system.
Hi @TeamYouTube, please help me with my situation too. I haven't slept for days, I feel guilty, I'm a legitimate creator.

@TeamYouTube @YouTube it has been 3 weeks since my channel has gotten falsely terminated I have never even had another account before and my 2 years of building my channel went down the drain. I couldn't have violated the circumvention policy if i never had another account

Hello, my name is Sippy and I’m the owner of the YouTube channel SippyRBX, with over 180,000 subscribers.
On September 14th, the day my channel was going to get monetized, my channel was randomly terminated with no prior warnings or strikes.
My appeal was also denied very quickly. I’ve contacted Creator Support multiple times, but the response has been vague everytime and didnt explain anything. Recently, YouTube themselves admitted that their AI systems have been "falsely flagging" creators for spam and deceptive policies.
I strongly believe my channel was also falsely flagged. My content focused fully on original Roblox Shorts, made with effort and creativity and each video took minimum 1 hour and 30 minutes. I have never engaged in spam, scams, or deceptive content of any kind. I've never put any suspicious links in my description and also I've never done "Sub4Sub".
I respectfully request a manual review of my channel. I’ve spent hundreds of hours building my community and making every video entertaining. Losing it all without a clear reason is one of the worst things.
