1. you click "create panic" on an nft you own
2. we fetch the original NFTs contract owner
3. @0xSplits contract is deployed that splits anything that lands in it 50/50 between you and original creator
4. @zora sends 1% of coin supply + ongoing swap fees to that split address whenever the new coin trades
artists: i dont want to launch a coin
panic: dont, someone else will. and you'll still get paid

so i created a panic coin from his art. its not official, not endorsed by him and he has no obligations to it.
