🚨Host Alert🚨 I’m proud to announce the release of our own Pakobina Bartels Cudjoe’s REM.DAW on iPadOS!!
REM.DAW aims to bridge the gap between desktop and iPadOS DAWs. The DAW comes with a lot of features but more still needs to be implemented. As I personally watched him on IG learn the ins-and-outs of coding before “vibe coding” became a thing.. it’s nice to see how far it has come. A DAW for us.. by one of US!!
**It’s still a work in progress but it’s steadily being updated**

If you have ever considered preventing people from criticizing your deeply held beliefs, you must realize it is because you have no confidence in their veracity.

I now have a pretty detailed spoken walkthrough up on YouTube on Battuta 8 for iPad, iPhone, Silicon Mac, a $9 AUv3 plugin based on the Moog DFAM. Gotta say, I really like this, it’s nasty in the best possible sense of the word!

Pretty characterful 2 oscillator, patchable tuned percussion synth and sequencer with a very tasteful UI.

This is a really great article from Chris Randall at Audio Damage pointing out, with typical eloquence, some of the issues that the tsunami of vibe coded plugins is causing.
3 minute read, worth your time if you buy or make music plugins:
