Just so we are all clear based on the data from the referendum Australia’s Indigenous & First Nation people overwhelmingly wanted the Voice.
Recognition in our Constitution & and an advisory committee. That was all.
And we couldn’t even do that.

The High Court of Australia has today issued its decision on the case involving Cardinal George Pell. I do not intend to comment on that judgement.
But I do wish to address the impact on our community.

Thousands of koala’s have died in the fires and now more are dead because of logging in their habitat.
This woman speaks for all of us who care.
She is right, Australian’s will be ashamed this is happening.
I will raise this is parliament & demand an independent investigation
MAKE THIS GO VIRAL. Hundreds of koalas slaughtered during the logging of bluegum plantation near Portland. Company is #southwestfibre, a joint venture between #midway and #mitsui. This is absolutely unacceptable. #australianbushfires @abcnews

kangaroos are laying down and dying in the garden. Unharmed by fires they’re simply giving up - like scores of beautiful old trees that have shaded the homestead for many decades. Drought is a bushfire in slow motion
