Warning to California voters: Your governor just made it a FELONY for law enforcement to seize ballots and investigate discrepancies before certification. He signed this weeks ago after a Republican sheriff grabbed 650k ballots over a claimed 46k gap in his own Prop 50 redistricting election. Court ordered them back. Now he’s recycling it as a “Trump threat” while the state mails ballots to everyone with no ID required and fights DOJ checks on non-citizens. Protect every vote? Or protect the process from the light? This is what panic looks like when scrutiny hits the machine.

Now Parrish is pursuing answers in Minnesota. Will those same comparisons reveal registrations that should never have been approved? Minnesotans deserve answers.

Steve Simon and Keith Ellison have spent years telling Minnesotans that non-citizen registration and voting is “vanishingly rare” while the system that feeds the jury pool also feeds the voter rolls.
Scott Presler’s team just proved the method in Pennsylvania: non-citizens who told the court they are not citizens are showing up on the voter rolls at roughly 27%. Minnesota runs a parallel system. The difference is the state keeps the non-juror records locked down under court rules while ten foreign nationals have already been federally indicted here for false claims of citizenship and illegal voting.
The Parrish Intelligence Cell and Operation Shadow Hunt are now pursuing the same cross-check in Minnesota. Public voter lists, Data Practices requests, jury disqualification statistics, and the existing federal cases are the starting point. There is nothing you can do to stop the examination of records that belong to the citizens of this constitutional republic.

Nice try. Charging the people who walked into a polling place and exposed the vouching system is a classic distraction play. You and your office spent years claiming non-citizen registration and voting was vanishingly rare while non-citizens who already told the courts they aren’t citizens keep turning up on the rolls. Ten federal indictments later and you’re still more interested in going after the messengers than the matches.
