The display name of the person which the vent art is about is '#1 Guy fan' with the username being '@guy_lover'. the user's post says: "ermm if you're a fan of [FRANCHISE WHERE GUY IS FROM] you are prob a pedophile, racist, problematic, groomer, rapist, loves kicking babies, zoophile, woman hater :\" The replies under the post from top to bottom say: from 'Famous guy @wellknown', "#true". From 'friend of Guy fan @aperson', "Always speaking the truth!" and from 'can see @thethinker', "wait aren't you a fan of it too though?" The next post from '@guy_lover' with their display name now being '#1 yuG fan' says: "hey chat look at my OC who is exactly the same as Guy but with minor differences so miniscule it's basically a glorified redesign but calling this OC out is calling out the famous guy fandom friends for doing the exact same thing, ISN'T HE COOL? :D"
