Show me an inch of tarmacked road William Ruto did while he was the top KANU youth leader in 1992? Show me a kilometre of tarmacked road William Ruto built while he was assistant Minister during Moi regime? Again show me 10kms of road William Ruto built while he was a full Cabinet Minister during the Grand Coalition regime. Finally show me 100kilometres of roads William Ruto built going to Sugoi , his home area while he was Deputy president to Uhuru Kenyatta. What is on record is that during his tenure as the deputy president he was moving from one corner of the country to the next politicking till Uhuru nicknamed him ,Mr Tanga Tanga.
There are no roads William Ruto built despite occupying very lucrative positions in the government. But today William Ruto is shouting at the rooftop that Kalonzo Musyoka has been in power and he has not built any stretch of road in Kambaland.
This is rubbish and pettiness at the highest level. Kalonzo has been in government but has never faced a corruption scandal. He is Mr Clean and that is why Kenyans have a soft spot for him.
Ruto should not intimidate Kalonzo.

SUSPENSION OF THE MIGWANI WARD BY-ELECTION
The Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission (IEBC) hereby informs the general public that the by-election for Migwani Ward, Mwingi West Constituency, Kitui County, has been suspended following interim conservatory orders issued by the High Court on 22nd October, 2026. (Kitui High Court constitutional petition number E011 of 2026 : Francis Musili Kauta vs. IEBC & 3 Others).
The Court issued the orders for a period of 30 days pending the hearing of the petition.
The petition is scheduled for hearing on 11th November 2026.
The Commission urges members of the public and all stakeholders to take note of this development. Further updates will be communicated through the Commissionβs official channels.
