@Lenskart_com facing horrible customer care representatives and being lied to by them at every point. Senior citizen parents are suffering. Cannot believe this is what lenskart customer prioritizing has come to. 100/10 disappointed What to do??

Quality control is at all time low. I was told by customer rep that delay in delivering specs was due to quality issues. And yet damagaed specs have been delivered. Need replies asap.

In 5 days, it'll be a ONE YEAR since i submitted additional documents to @CanadainIndia. In 6 days, it will be SEVEN MONTHS since they started processing those documents.@nadirypatel when will I get processed? 18 months & still waiting. #prioritizefamilysponsorship

It's ok to have backlogs for PR Applications, but it should never be ok to have backlogs for #familyreunification. Solution to this problem exists, we just need someone intending to get this problem solved. Please #prioritizefamilysponsorship before it's too late.
