@British_Airways another week and yet no response from your compensation team. You cancelled our tickets at the departure gate of a flight on the 18th July. We had to pay £2m to get a flight afterwards. Stay in hotels and get food. 16 weeks later NO compensation!!
Everyone you write to needs to be told how crap your complaint and customer team is. They need to know that you prioritise new adverts than deal with our issue.
