itโs been around a month since iโve posted on any social media.
i didnโt announce a hiatus, but truth be told i needed a break.
between issues in my own life, and the stress of being perceived, itโs been tough.
worry not my little angels, i am slowly coming back.
my birthday is tomorrow!! so after i do some celebrating with friends and family, i will be good as new. streaming on my regular schedule.

I don't care which side of the AI spectrum you sit on, this is thievery and extortion no matter which way you look at it.
Someone recreated my game with AI and is now threatening to publish it on Steam unless I pay him $200.
Obviously, I'm not paying.
First video: my actual game.
Second video: the AI-generated clone.
He apparently found my game through Twitter, fed it into an AI tool, and recreated what he saw.
Now he's asking for $200 or he'll publish it.
Iโm sharing this as a heads-up because I assume Iโm probably not the only indie dev he's doing this to.
I guess we have to be more careful about sharing our projects publicly now. You can spend months making a game, post it online, and someone can apparently try to recreate it with AI almost immediately.
Not gonna lie, itโs kind of funny, but also not funny at all.
