Didn’t give an honest answer when it involved a rapist. Zero chance that he’ll give an honest answer when it involves a pen
🚨👀 Mikel Arteta on the Isak-Timber penalty: “I have a massive library of clips of pulls and tugs of other teams too… we can get into that”.

We had a referee call our manager a "German cu*t", a linesman elbow our player, the worst VAR decision in the history of the Premier League go against us and no VAR penalty since 2022. Forgive me if I think we're refereed differently.
📊 Liverpool have conceded 128 fouls in the Premier League this season, more than any other side. They’ve won 88, with only three teams winning fewer. 58% of all fouls in Liverpool’s league games have gone against them, the highest share in the division. [@OptaJoe] #LFC

Mike Dean on Mac Allister’s red v Bournemouth: “It’s not a wrong decision by the referee.” Liverpool appealed. The red was overturned for wrongful dismissal. This dickhead should not be on TV

As Liverpool fans you can’t blame some for starting to fall out of love with the game over the years. We told you about city. Dismissed as whining. We told you about David Coote. Dismissed as whining. An abundance of evidence there is against us that will probably come to light one day but will mean nothing then. Can you continue to discount our worries with the league as whining when we’re proven right on multiple accounts already?

Stuart Attwell has been responsible for 18 panel-confirmed refereeing errors across the three seasons from 2023/24 to 2025/26. EIGHTEEN. Fucking incompetence or corruption from that nonce David Coote’s friends @prorefofficial

🇨🇳 THINKING OF VISITING CHINA? ANIMAL LOVERS, PLEASE READ. China has an extraordinary amount to offer tourists. Thousands of years of history, breathtaking landscapes, incredible food, and fascinating cities. But there is a darker side that animal lovers should know about. China still lacks a comprehensive national law against animal cruelty. Deliberately torturing a dog or cat is not, by itself, a criminal offense under national law. As a result, perpetrators of horrific abuse can escape punishment. 🐕 Wang Wang, a mother dog, was brutally killed and reportedly burned alive in June 2026. Her three puppies were murdered alongside her. 🐈 Fireball (Miiko), a kitten just two months old, was reportedly tortured and skinned alive. Her suffering was filmed and circulated online. These are just two stories among countless victims of animal cruelty. The true scale of the suffering is unknown. And without meaningful legal protections, many perpetrators face little or no accountability. If you’re considering visiting China, I ask you to think about this before booking your trip. Tourism brings billions of dollars into China’s economy every year. Where we choose to spend our money is a personal decision, but it’s worth considering the values and practices we’re willing to overlook. China has made extraordinary progress in so many areas. Yet its most vulnerable animals remain without basic protections against deliberate cruelty. Please consider that reality when deciding where to spend your tourism dollars. Modern country. Modern laws. #China #AnimalWelfare #AnimalCruelty #JusticeForWangWang #china #chinatourism #chinacool #chinatravel #chinagram #discoverchina #visitchina

The level of animal cruelty in #China is absolutely horrific. They have by far some of the worst and sickening animal abuse we have ever heard about.

Full-time of a really poor game neither side deserved to win but Arsenal did due to an Alisson mistake and a bizarre VAR oversight that hurt #LFC. Best league in the world, don't forget #LIVARS 👇🔴 liverpoolecho.co.uk/sport/fo…

The clearest of those penalty appeals was undoubtedly the shirt pull on Alexander Isak. No idea why VAR Stuart Attwell didn't send Andy Madley to the screen for that one.
