Every AI consciousness rebuttal takes the form: “AI isn’t conscious because it simply is a [insert mechanistic description of a process that the human brain also instantiates]”.
Warsh certainly understands that
1) outside of crises, the Fed is less relevant than most think.
2) current price pressures are (yes) transitory and cannot be "fixed" via monetary policy.
3) there is a scramble for dollars that will eventually abate, sending rates lower.
