Thank you @LegalAidNYC for demanding that vaccine eligibility be expanded to include incarcerated New Yorkers.
Prisons are congregate residential settings where COVID-19 can easily spread. Some DOCCS facilities have been equipped and eager to receive vaccine doses for months.
