A 30-day AI challenge for coaches. The goal isn't more AI. It's better coaching.

Week 3: ANALYSE. Investigate patterns. Don't confuse a pattern with an explanation.
1
4
Week 4: CREATE SPACE. Remove repetitive work. Use the space deliberately. AI is the assistant. You are the coach.
4
AI saved you time. Before you fill it with more work, ask what you want the time for. Watch an athlete without multitasking. Have the conversation you keep postponing. Question an assumption. Or go home earlier. Not every saved minute needs another task. #AIForCoaches

Week 1 of the Mo. Not pretty, but it's a conversation starter. If you're a coach, ask one colleague how they're actually doing this week. movember.com/waterwedoing Samaritans: 116 123 (UK & ROI, 24/7) #Movember

When focus slips mid-race, what's your swimmer's reset? A word, a breath, a cue? I'd love to hear what works in your squad.

This week was all about race-day nerves, so tell me: what's the hardest part of race day for you or your swimmer? Tell me why in the comments. The reasons are the most useful part, and I'll build next week's content around whatever comes up most.

Movember, Day 1. The clean slate. We lose a man to suicide every minute. 32 years of coaching have shown me how much goes unsaid behind a brave face. I'm growing a Mo for men's mental health. Check in with your mates. Back me: movember.com/m/waterwedoing?… #Movember

Sunday coaching question: what did AI genuinely improve this week, and what made more work? AI isn't the destination. Better coaching is. #AIForCoaches

"Just relax" might be the worst thing you can say to a nervous swimmer. It isn't an instruction. Give them a job instead: one slow breath out, loose shoulders, long first stroke. What do you say instead?

Building your first AI workflow? Start with ONE task. Define the input. Give AI a limited role. Add a coach checkpoint. Keep the decision. Measure it. #AIForCoaches

Before any swim session goes key: 1. What is it training? 2. Why now, in this phase? 3. What does the swimmer need to be recovered for? Can't answer? Make it easy. Full walkthrough: youtu.be/PZ1rYLfpNzA
