During the October 12, 2026, raid of @IlhanMN residence, they seized her passport. Do you MAGA morons know what is required for a naturalized citizen to obtain a U.S. passport!?!

- a foreign birth certificate
- a parent’s naturalization certificate
A deep vetting process of eligibility, background, and supporting documents occurs during the ORIGINAL naturalization process at the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS).
Interviews, biometrics, records checks, etc. all occur BEFORE the original naturalization process begins. Once a valid Certificate of Naturalization has been issued, the passport process treats it as sufficient proof of citizenship.
As a matter of fact, under U.S. federal law (8 U.S.C. § 1443(e)), a Certificate of Naturalization is CONCLUSIVE proof of U.S. citizenship.
And yet, this MAGA regime under @realDonaldTrump and @DHSgov @HSI_HQ have you thinking @IlhanMN committed fraud.
AS FOR THE CONSPIRACY THEORY OF HER "MARRYING" HER BROTHER:
There are two things that debunk this conspiracy:
1) Under U.S Immigration Law, siblings can sponsor one another for residency status and a green card — negating the need for @IlhanMN and her brother to commit fraud by getting married IF he really were her brother.

2) Under THEN U.S Immigration Law (which was in effect when she first arrived in the U.S. at age 12), a child born abroad who was a lawful permanent resident under age 18 and residing in the United States could AUTOMATICALLY acquire U.S. citizenship upon a parent’s (or parents’) naturalization.

So, why would she need to "marry" her brother if immigration law had given her AND her brother a perfectly LEGAL pathway to citizenship!?!

That security agreement he keeps boasting about didn’t transfer ownership of Greenland to the United States. It’s literally the same deal we already had in place.
He negotiated a deal, but was too dumb to understand it, decided it meant something it didn’t, and is now talking as though he acquired an entire country.
Imagine being president of the United States and not understanding the difference between a security agreement and ownership of another country’s territory.
This is the man running our foreign policy.

It took ProPublica reporters $45 and a flag to start a private school in Arkansas. No teaching experience. No background check. Nobody asked what they'd teach or how they'd measure whether kids were learning.
Last month I showed you Alpha School getting rejected as a charter in Texas, then approved for the state's voucher program anyway. This is that same pipeline with even fewer guardrails.
In Arkansas, the reporters registered an LLC online and got a certificate the same day. Then they applied to get public money as a microschool. It took about 10 minutes and two documents. No accreditation, no proof of financial solvency, and no cap on how many students they could enroll. They set their tuition at $7,208, the exact voucher amount per student. When they asked the state about it, an Education Department employee didn't reject them. He suggested ways they could still get the money.
In West Virginia they filed on notebook paper. The state told them to take the "microschool route," where no one has any oversight. The department says it does not approve or deny microschools for any reason, including the qualifications of the owner. Unlimited students, by law.
The reporters never took a dime and never enrolled a kid.
But nothing stopped them from doing either. Arkansas has gone from under 100 private schools to more than 220 since its voucher program started, plus 143 microschools approved this year alone.
Anyone can open one. The state can't stop you. And your tax dollars are paying for it all.
