I don't think I've seen any hack as big as GMO's so far. Based on the information so far, this has nothing to do with php2shell. It's both incompetence and gross negligence. They 1. ignored internal warnings/white hat tips 2. had weak tenant isolation 3. shared credentials (i bet plain text in email...) 4. had other insecure practices (if 1-3, def n more)
