- we are believers in the dictum that if public markets fail to resolve a clear valuation gap then private markets eventually will. A dangerous short set-up is now an additional catalyst for re-rating of $TDOC in our view.

As a final thought, we would urge the management team to hold an Investor Day event, so that they can lay out their vision and educate the wider market on the opportunity ahead.
