Oral Ketotifen took about 3 mos for me to see a difference. Give it a chance. Get tested for food allergies too and avoid foods you鈥檙e allergic to.

Definitely an experiment. They do have decent flexibility that I don鈥檛 think the modpodge does. I will try the glycerin next time for sure! These are the beeswaxed leaves.

I鈥檓 the same as you. I keep my old Christmas decorations. I like the decor to be simple and country also. Sometimes I make dried orange garlands. My decorations carry memories and sentiment for me.

I did it the other day. The wax dulled the colors and took away their shine. I was curious because I had seen this done online. I鈥檒l be going back to my tried and true gloss ModPodge for preserving leaves.

Also, of you have POTS, know that ME/CFS can actually be Sjogren鈥檚 Disease. All POTS patients should be screened for Sjogren鈥檚 even without dryness symptoms. Sjogren鈥檚 causes debilitating fatigue and often joint and muscle pain as well. It goes hand in hand with POTS. So many physicians no little about it.

A lot of people we know IRL are talking about this and preparing. Nothing wrong with being prepared. I have a lot of dried beans and rice coming. Might just mean that we have a huge store of it for awhile and that鈥檚 just fine.

Great post. Small Fiber Neuropthy in this scenario is often linked to Sjogren鈥檚 Disease, often missed my physicians, and sometimes even misdiagnosed as ME/CFS. Sjogren鈥檚 Disease can cause the most unimaginable amount of fatigue.

At this point yes. I鈥檝e had this for over 40 years and there are still no FDA approved treatments for it. Any med or supplement that helps, I鈥檓 taking.

馃槀 I have a friend that canned a whole root cellar worth of veggies and fruits over the summer. So neat and organized.
