I truly cannot emphasize enough how much I despise election season.
The constant doom-and-gloom rhetoric from both sides about how the world will supposedly end if the other party gets elected will forever be one of my least favorite conversations to be a part of.
I'm just ready to get this week over with and move on.
At the end of the day, remember that nobody is coming to save you in life but yourself.
Focus on what you can control, build the life you want, and stop letting politics consume your peace.

Teach kids how to lose. Losing isnât quitting, pouting, blaming or tantrums. It isnât âfeel-goodâ trophies either. Losing means lessons to learn, work to do, & the courage to come back tomorrow stronger & better. You canât be a great winner until youâve truly learned how to lose.

Want to separate yourself from the pack? Do more than whatâs required.
Start every morning with 10 rubber bands on your left wrist⊠and donât end your day until all 10 are on your right.
Each move isnât your âjob.â
Itâs an assist â value added, effort elevated, someone else made better because of you.
World-class isnât about talent.
Itâs about doing the extra.

What Geno Auriemma told his team before the Final Four⊠might be the best mindset advice youâll hear all year.
Geno has 11 national titles⊠and until Friday night, a losing record in the Final Four.
Before the game, he told his team:
đŹ âNobody introduces me as the guy who lost 12 Final Fours.â
The message? People donât define you by failure. They remember how you showed up.
So stop obsessing over the outcome.
Do the work. And give it everything youâve got.
If itâs good enough, youâll get the win.
If itâs not? Hold your head high and keep moving forward.
Just donât let fear be the thing that holds you back.
âŹïž Save this for the next time self-doubt creeps in.
