The paths aren’t safe enough after all the snow from today to hold an event so tomorrow’s Poolbeg parkrun is cancelled 🥲. #safetyfirst

Elaine from @cabinteelypkrun tells us how volunteering helped her feel part of the local community. 👏 9/10 parkrun volunteers (including Elaine!) recommend volunteering to friends and family. Get involved in 2024 and find out why! 👉 bit.ly/3SfPxlD

#goodbye2022 #Hello2023 Thanks so much to the AMAZING team @poolbegparkrun for Saturday & Sunday events; @parkrun the BEST start to any day, especially the last and first day of the year. #NewYear #loveparkrun #RUN
No Poolbeg parkrun tomorrow-the parks paths are covered in snow and ice so we have to cancel the event for safety reasons. Hopefully see you next week!

Not many days you get to:
1. Run with a world champion and personal hero
2. Somehow beat a world champion
3. Get a parkrun PB
Flying form after this morning. Shoutout to Sonia O’Sullivan for pushing me to a PB 😁@poolbegparkrun

I still can't believe I got to run with my sporting hero Sonia O'Sullivan at
@poolbegparkrun this morning.
She inspired both my son and I to achieve personal bests for a 5k. Such a legend.
Proud to have done it as part of @SanctuaryRunner. An amazing movement of great people
