I include Motivational Interviewing in my work with organizations. To evoke and differentially strengthen talk/actions on taking risk #pbs4

It boils down to values and skills of staff, managers and stakeholders. Both can be barriers or facilitators of safe risk taking #pbs4

Need to support skills of staff and success in taking risks, staying safe and having success. It's a parallel process to client work. #pbs4

Promote risk taking to aid learning and inclusion. Need to shape the Behaviour of managers and staff #pbs4

I guess there's also the risk PBS won't be used at all! #pbs4
