The Michael Jordan vs Caleb Williams debate is really interesting. I'll throw my hat in the ring for this one.
Growing up in the northern 'burbs, the two teams I saw people rally around in bunches were the Cubs and Bears. Most people that supported the Bulls were avid basketball fans to begin with.
I don't think any Chicago athlete could ever replicate what Jordan did for the Bulls, but as far as importance goes, a Bears Super Bowl win would catapult Caleb Williams to #1 on the list of all-time Chicago athletes because the Bears would have gone from struggling to find a QB to having a QB who's *more than likely* going to finally throw for 4k yards, on top of winning a Super Bowl.
It may sound crazy to say out loud, but a Bears Super Bowl win would make Caleb Williams a bigger legend in my eyes.

Unc @scott_colom makes a great point. Why is the leadership from the same boroughs, why the leadership from the coast. Within the exception of @tammybaldwin and @JoeNeguse there is really no leadership from the south nor rural America. @TheDemocrats have an opportunity to lock down these majorities for a generation and expand. Let’s not throw it way. Get leadership from all across the this country.
