GTA 6 features highly detailed random encounters.
EDGE describes a moment where Jason is escaping in a station wagon when a group of youths in a customised 4x4 pull alongside and bully him into a street race.
The passenger even climbs halfway out the window to taunt him.

GTA VI features fully functioning bus and train systems.
Rockstar's Head of Development, Phil Hooker, says he's become obsessed with making sure buses arrive on time and has even memorised all the routes across Leonida! 🚌

Wind affects waves, boats and aircraft. Severe storms can even damage planes and helicopters!
As someone who is overly hyped for this game but also an aviation geek, any news bits about planes etc is a win!
I cannot wait to see if there are a variety of airport types!

I need this game! Right now!
GTA 6 cops will lay a stinger strip in front of you mid chase
In one scene Edge MAG saw during a botched robbery:
> Jason flees on a stolen bike with Lucia on the back
> you can switch to Lucia and shoot at the cops chasing you
> cops radio ahead and drop a stinger, nearly invisible at night
> front tire blows and both fly over the handlebars
> they limp away and a K9 joins the chase
> the dog catches Jason and pins him to the ground
and everyone in the Rockstar office was asking Rob Nelson not to shoot the dog 😭
GTA 6 has a fully working bus and train systems, with stops working across the entire map.
I hope that means we can sit on the bus and move freely around the train rather than a cutscene like RDR 2. It would be cool to just walk up and down and see who riding with you.

🤯 Imagine running through dark streets with the incredible lighting only to be running from a dog wanting to chomp your bum!
Imagine the dark swamps, absolutely no lights and hearing a snake!
Fook me side ways man!
GTA 6 has a 3rd character!
It's called Leonida, seriously I'm gonna appreciate the story, the characters, the gameplay but for me it's going to be about exploring every single inch of this immersive detailed map!
Bravo @RockstarGames 👏

This alone makes me so fooking excited for GTA 6! Interiors was like at the top of my wishlist, more exploring and seeing the level of detail within the buildings.
Grand Theft Auto VI has so many interiors that even the head of development himself, Aaron Garbut has encountered locations he had not seen previously.

For those who don’t know, GTA VI O’Clock has close ties to Future plc, the company behind EDGE Magazine and GamesRadar.
Wouldn’t be surprised if the EDGE preview drops in an hour alongside the podcast, potentially offering further details 👀

Today's GTA VI O'Clock show won't be dropping at its usual (GTA) 6pm GMT time slot, but shortly after:
Midnight GMT / 8pm EDT / 5pm PDT
All will become clear. It's not *that* (as much as we'd want it to be that), but it is cool. You'll see!

With review copies of GTA 6 seemingly in the wild, do you think Rockstar are still working on it? Fixes, polishing etc?
Probably a silly question, I'd imagine they are still going through it and produce a day one patch but it's interesting to think what's happening there. #GTA6
