Mamdani: That is one thing you have in common with Andrew Cuomo because he also uses ChatGPT to answer many questions including how to resolve the housing crisis in the city.

Stephen Miller said the quiet part out loud. Trump has “plenary authority,” then suddenly went silent. The plan wasn’t to be made public. Clearly someone hit the panic button in his earpiece.
It gets weirder: CNN uploaded the interview with the “plenary authority” comment edited out.

This is Park Slope in 1986. Today, nothing on this block sells for less than $2M yet they’re still basically taxed as if it’s 1986. Just one example of how our property tax system is completely broken.

Hey @andrewcuomo, are you aware that one-third of New Yorkers — about 1 million households — live in rent-stabilized units? (You could ask ChatGPT, which wrote your housing plan)
What’s your plan to means-test all of them for their income? I’m sure it’s a great one.
Also, it’s not a subsidy from the city — it’s a limit on how much the rent can go up each year.
I’m proposing Andrew’s Law: if you resigned as Governor in a blaze of harassment & corruption, and you lost the primary, and you have no idea what you’re talking about … it’s time to go back to Westchester.
Today, I am proud to announce that I will be proposing “Zohran’s law," a law that will keep the rich out of New York’s affordable housing.
@ZohranKMamdani : you say freeze the rent. But for who? Rich people like you? Hardworking, working class New Yorkers are being pushed from their neighborhoods.
Let’s build affordable housing that helps the people who need it. Under Zohran’s law, landlords can no longer rent vacant rent-controlled units to the wealthy.
You are a rich person stealing affordable housing from the poor. And you’re not the only one. It’s past time we address this injustice. Let’s build a new NYC that works for the people who need it.

Andrew Cuomo and Eric Adams fail to meet the most basic ethical and competency standards to receive public matching funds for their mayoral campaigns.
Tells you everything you need to know about how they do / would run City government.
.@nycmayor has been denied matching funds again, as @ZohranKMamdani gets more than $1.6M, @CurtisSliwa gets more than $1.9M, and @JimWalden_esq gets more than $237K
No money for @andrewcuomo either
