Johnson’s petitions are perhaps the worst mess ever seen. It makes you wonder if his people turned that garbage in on purpose so he has an excuse to get out of the race. We know Stacey wouldn’t take no for an answer and spent the summer looking for a replacement candidate.
What we found in @Brandon4Chicago petitions … another candidate’s petitions tossed in as well as photocopies. You must file originals. Look for a challenge.

Mayor Johnson did not file petitions today. Rumor is his signatures are mostly paid for. There will be a serious challenge to the Mayor’s petitions and the possibility that he doesn’t make the ballot. Brandon didn’t even want to run for reelection. Stacey made him do it.
