Congratulations, Rowan Digital Infrastructure!
With approval from the Frederick County Planning Commission, Rowan is moving forward with plans to expand its Bauxite II and Bauxite III data centers.
Having attended the Planning Commission meeting, we’re elated to publicly stand behind Rowan’s sustainability efforts. We look forward to the possibility of supporting Rowan on these builds and future projects.

Performance and carbon reduction can go hand in hand.
In a recent comparative study by GCC, ProZERO™ was evaluated alongside a range of SCMs and achieved 6,803 psi at 28 days at a 25% substitution level—with GCC citing its “solid strength performance and strong potential for mix optimization.”
The report also called ProZERO a “promising option” for projects where both performance and carbon reduction matter.
Another independent data point demonstrating what ProZERO can deliver.
Note: While ProZERO was evaluated alongside supplementary cementitious materials (SCMs) for purposes of this comparative study, ProZERO is not technically classified as an SCM.
