If an agent removes a property from RM and that same agent relists the same property it will revert to the original listing date if relisted within 14 weeks.
A property must be under offer (sstc) for 7 weeks or more on RM to be classed as a New Listing if the sale falls through.
There is no timescale for a seller swapping agents. Each New Agent would get it as a New Listing.
Hope that makes sense.

As usual, the BIG news is the number of available listings, still rising sharply.
It's back above some of the levels seem in Jan 2019 and heading above 2020 levels.
Given the transaction data, we'd say nothing is selling while people are desperate to sell up.

Very high number of daily reductions and average time on market increasing significantly. Market is moving from stagnant to falling.

And just to address the 'shortage' issue; in 1980 there were 21.4m homes for 56m people in the U K,or one home for every 2.62 people
in 2012 (last year of ONS figures) there were 27.6m homes for 63m people, or one home for every 2.29 people
That is a clear increase in supply

They seem to be becoming a little desperate to sell, if only everyone using rightmove had @propertylog installed then they could see the kind of drops that are happening in some areas.

Staggering data from the latest ONS HPI index. Help to Buy is driving house prices higher for those who can’t afford high house prices. Everyone knows it’s a scandal yet it continues 🤯 nitter.gq/housepricemania/status…

New Chrome extension for those missing propertybee. See the price history of houses on Rightmove and marvel at the reductions. Don’t go buying one yet though for God’s sake.
