- Acuff has been given an unusually large offensive role for a rookie and has essentially been given the green light to shoot whenever he wants. Heโs averaging 9.8 3PA per game while playing 37.3 minutes per game. Heโs already averaging 3 made threes per game, and his willingness to consistently let it fly gives us plenty of opportunities to cover this line.
- Keegan Murray is OUT again, and Acuff has cleared this line in 4/6 games without him (66.7%), averaging 3.7 made threes on 10 attempts per game. Heโs attempted 8+ threes in all six of those games, including a 9-three performance against Memphis.
- Looking at Acuffโs shot profile, heโs been one of the NBAโs highest-volume pull-up shooters, averaging 6.7 pull-up 3PA per game (3rd-most in the NBA) while making 2.2 per game. Pull-ups account for 51% of his total shot attempts, which is encouraging against a Spurs defense that ranks 2nd-worst in the NBA at defending pull-up jump shots.
- San Antonio has one of the leagueโs best interior defenses with Wemby protecting the paint, but that creates an interesting matchup for Acuff. With Sabonis setting screens and presenting a significant rebounding threat, Wemby has reason to protect the interior rather than constantly extending out to the perimeter. If the Spurs play drop coverage, Acuff should have opportunities to pull up behind Sabonis screens or before Wemby can contest.
- The Spurs actually allow the fewest 3PA per game in the NBA but rank 22nd defensively against guards in threes allowed. They are much stronger at defending traditional catch-and-shoot opportunities, so Acuffโs ability to create his own shot is what makes this matchup particularly appealing.
Several perimeter creators have already connected on 3+ threes against San Antonio this season ๐

- Weโve already seen Acuff take advantage of this exact matchup, knocking down 3/7 threes against San Antonio on October 27th. This was a lighter-volume game for him, considering heโs attempted 11+ threes in 3 of his last 4 games. With the volume heโs shooting at, he would only need to shoot 30% from deep on 10 attempts to cash.
- Overall, we love the opportunity here. Acuff doesnโt need to rely on teammates finding him open, as heโs comfortable pulling up from deep or creating space off screens. Against a Spurs defense that prioritizes protecting the paint, we like Acuffโs aggressive shot volume to carry him over this line!

- We like this spot for Hill in what should be a trailing game script for the Ravens as 9.5-point underdogs. The Jaguars allow the fewest rushing yards and lowest YPC to opposing RBs this season, so weโre expecting a pass-heavy game plan for Baltimore, especially in the second half.
- Hill is the receiving back in this offense, recording 3+ receptions in 3/4 losses this season and 20+ receiving yards in each of his last 2 games. With Lamar Jackson and Tyler Huntley both OUT, weโre expecting plenty of checkdown opportunities for Hill. He should see a solid snap share again in this one.
- Thereโs a reason why the betting community has been attacking Hillโs receiving props tonight. His involvement last week massively increased once Joe Fagnano entered the game. Hill led the Ravens with a 28.6% target share (7 targets), ahead of Mark Andrews (19%) and Zay Flowers (19%). With Fagnano expected to start, Hill should continue to be a reliable checkdown option in the passing game and see plenty of targets if Baltimore falls behind.
- Jacksonville also allows the 6th-most receptions (5.3) and 9th-most receiving yards (36.3) per game to opposing RBs. We couldnโt ask for a much better spot for Hill to get involved.
Several opposing RBs have recorded 3+ receptions or 15+ receiving yards against Jacksonville this season ๐

Rhamondre Stevenson: 3 Rec | 16 Rec Yds

Woody Marks: 2 Rec | 25 Rec Yds

Quinshon Judkins: 2 Rec | 17 Rec Yds
- Worth noting that Derrick Henry could also be on the trading block. With Baltimoreโs season looking increasingly disappointing, there could be additional reasons to get Hill more involved in the offense.
- Overall, a solid spot. We think Hillโs snap share could jump to at least 50โ60% in this one. The Ravens are facing a great run defense that allows plenty of receptions to RBs, and the projected trailing game script should only increase his opportunities. Hill finished with 4 receptions on 8 targets for 15 yards last week, and weโre expecting something similar here. We like him to clear both lines!
