the funny thing about contamination ocd is you can work with and handle bodily fluids everyday (i did) and be completely fine but spiral from encountering the most mundane thing in ur house and it’s bc ocd is not rooted in logic or reality it does not make sense 😭😭

so my therapist and i are doing the ocd diagnostic test again cause i don't remember doing it before(it was like 4 years ago lol) and we got to the contamination part and i was like . yeah we can skip this i work in a hospital lab and she was like yeah i thought so LMAO
