The 20-30 bots every lobby issue appears to be fixed now on #PUBG Console 👍 They rolled out a fix earlier today for this.

[PC] Issue with Destructive Terrain
An issue has been discoved where players sink to the ground when using the Destructive Terrain function that was introduced with today's update.
We believe that this issue can have negative impact on the overall gameplay, so we have decided to temporarily suspend use of this function.
We apologize for the decision of suspending the use of this function where many people were interested in and looking forward to just after the update.
An investigation is currently underway, and we will try to fix this issue as quickly as possible and make Destructive Terrain function usable once again soon.
After suspending use, the Destructive Terrain function cannot be used automatically in the next session. For the on-going session, it can still be used until the session ends.
Once again, we apologize for the inconvenience caused.
