HEX / PulseChain founder Richard Heart (legal name Richard James Schueler) was detained in Istanbul on Oct 14, Turkish Justice Minister Akın Gürlek later confirmed.
According to the minister’s statement (covered by The Block and others): • Detained in Beşiktaş with his wife; three alleged bodyguards later held
• Searches at 15 addresses across Beşiktaş, Üsküdar & Sarıyer
• Seized: ~$7.15M cash, 6 cold wallets, luxury goods, electronics, and firearms/ammo
• Judicial proceedings and review of seized materials are ongoing
The detention follows a Finnish-requested Interpol Red Notice. Finnish authorities have previously alleged aggravated tax evasion and a separate assault case — these remain allegations, not convictions. A Red Notice is a locate/request tool, not an international guilty verdict. No widely confirmed extradition ruling has been published yet.

I want to share a life experience with crypto.
When my portfolio was at ATH, some new friends entered my life. They wanted me to show them how to invest and help them make money. They wanted to borrow money, so I lent it to them. I never wanted something in return of them. If they make profit I’m glad I helped was the only thing in my mind and heart. Most people I onboarded to crypto lost money. It’s sad but true. What’s crazy is that all these people are gone. They all left after the investments went down. No more “how are you” or anything else. Most people look for the advantage they can get from you. They are friendly and try to take advantage of you. If they can’t profit from you anymore, they drop you. Yes, it’s painful that my portfolio is near all-time low and I lost a lot of money. But I’m thankful to God and the universe for showing me the true face of some people in my circle. If you’re in crypto and make a lot of money one day, be careful, my friend. Be careful of people who are jealous and want to see you down. See if they like you for your character or for their own advantage. Everyone has different experiences. This was my personal experience. Maybe you like it or whatever.
Even if my portfolio is 90% down, I feel safe on Pulsechain.

Hi everyone, I didn’t say much about the Interpol thing. Maybe because I don’t know what to say. It’s been a crazy journey on Pulsechain the last few years.
I’m still feeling safe on Pulsechain and thinking about what we can do to help Richard Heart.
From a rational perspective, as someone who has studied him a lot, I really think he prepared for this. He already beat the SEC and I think this Interpol thing will get solved too. Just my gut feeling.
I’m still happy we have active builders like LibertySwap and some others.
If you’ve read this far, I’d like to hear your opinion on the Interpol thing. Are you worried? Are you motivated? I’d like to have a respectful discussion or hearing different opinions.
