People who show up to "organize" eat organizations. People accomplish things in spite of the org, not because of it.
After 6 years now, at a different organization, I was coaching to minimize organizational overhead. Ran into someone who's a member of @PumpingStation1, who mentioned the president? just resigned, the org _eats_ people. Nothings changed.
