I'm not really sure what there is to comment on. Any specific sections you're curious about? If the contract was given to me I'd have included sections like "I think buying pnkstr is a worse investment than buying punks, but xyz" where xyz reads very similarly to Node's release

Node was a bit explicit in saying they encourage people experimenting with punks which is kind of cool and maybe a bit lower fear of a legal battle for people launching punk related businesses, but other than that there isn't a ton to comment on?
