ran dozens of 6-12h sprints with a fable supervisor spawning bounded sol workers. most content through pewter city is done 150k lines of ts, 1.7k commits. terribly inefficient, but nearly autonomous what should I try next?

the sheer irony of having the twitter red guards descend on me for this

a subset of the anti-AI red guards are non-tech chinese or self hating diaspora who are dressing up their feelings as cultural gatekeeping. the self hatred runs deep - the original hater is a diaspora deep learning phd. what's up with that?

this is beautiful. and AI at its best and most human
my grandfather wrote a memoir that I couldn't read after he passed, I tried to learn Chinese but progress was slow this year, I translated it with AI and designed a bilingual edition. it turned out way better than I could have imagined

once all the passes were done, I printed a test copy at fedex, read it cover to cover with a pen, and committed one final round of manual cleanup then I finalized the cover and placed an order from Lulu for about $17/copy. the hardcover turned out great - would highly recommend

looking back, it was surreal to hold something in my hands that I had vibe coded and vibe translated. my grandfather wrote this book for his family, and I'm grateful after all these years to finally be able to read it
