Many overestimating Elon’s orbital data centers.
- GPU upgrade cadence is annual/biannual. Immense capex to renew satellite constellation at this cadence
- AI deals w/ large data sets. Satellite to satellite to earth wireless transmissions will be significantly slower.
Electricity demand expected to increase ~20% in the US alone over the next decade, with AI infrastructure's share of that power increasing from ~3-4% today to ~10% by 2030 (US Department of Energy estimate)
One thing I'd be interested in learning about...Orbital AI data centers, running exclusively on solar power, would offer environmental benefits over traditional land-based data centers (think fossil fuels burned to operate, grid infrastructure, electrical infrastructure, higher energy use/GW because the need for cooling, etc.)
Offsetting this is the carbon impact from manufacturing the orbital AI hardware, putting it into space, and obsolescence.
Would love to see an analysis calculating this. My assumption would be AI data centers are very favorable for our planet over the useful life of these products relative to land-based data centers.

If only there was a good contrarian play that everyone hated that has a privacy & quantum roadmap & didn’t need POUW because you know 🥩
And if it was also the most technically advanced programmatic chain providing actual utility.
Could something like this ever be a true SOV?
Replying to @ceterispar1bus
in laymans, i think btc will do quite well but it won't be the only SoV in the arena like it was a few years ago
debasement bullish but quantum will keep a cap on upside and is the opening for stuff like zec, the PoUW coins, quantum coins, other SoV's, etc to try and catch a bid

You should expect the silicon chip companies to move up the stack as the application companies move down the stack.
In AI, it is increasingly true that everyone competes with everyone. Everyone will soon offer their own LPS, silicon, cloud and applications.
The question is what will the constraint be that you can build a long term market and margins around…
Is it distribution? Is it a data moat? Is it a physical constraint like power?
Today we are announcing our biggest bet yet on our own silicon.
Starting next calendar year, we will scale our Maia family to multi-gigawatt deployments, making it the primary inference system for our own product and services.
And we’re introducing Maia 300, which delivers 40% more tokens per watt compared to leading GPU-based systems.
We are already deploying Maia 200 across the US, Europe, and Australia, delivering up to 1.7x more tokens per watt across experiences in Teams and Copilot.
Our goal is to build on the full-stack efficiency gains we’ve already seen, while continuing to bring the latest innovations from across the ecosystem into our fleet.

Personal AI is a bigger threat to Google than ChatGPT ever was.
Surprisingly, shares of $GOOG are up 7% since Muse launched, versus a 3% gain for the Nasdaq.
ChatGPT mostly answered questions Google wasn't monetizing anyway. Assistants transact. Google built a $250B search business on routing those transactions.
Google’s response is Task, a Gemini feature formerly known as Spark. The question is: can Google do with Task what it did with AI Overviews and AI Mode by successfully redirecting Search traffic to its own AI features?

A 15-year-old kid from China asked his parents for $45.
He told them it was for school.
3 days later he posted a 90-second short film called Whack-a-Mole, made entirely with AI.
By the next morning it sat at 4,370,000 plays.
He wanted to be a film director. Nobody lends a 15-year-old a crew.
His idea was simple: take the arcade game everyone has played and film it from inside the machine.
A mole takes hammer hits for coins, buys 4 grilled skewers at a street stall and hides the wound under a cap before he walks into his kids' kitchen.
> GPT-6 Astra wrote the night as 6 scenes, from the first hit to the lit window.
> Seedance animated every scene and kept the wound in the same spot all night.
> Make posted it to TikTok, Shorts and Reels and logged the views back into his sheet.
Everyone films the player. He filmed the mole.
The same story works on any job nobody looks at: a mall mascot, a crash test dummy, a dunk-tank clown.
> $45 in AI tools
> 3 days of work
> 1 short film people cried at

BTC is finally at the only resistance I deem serious enough to prevent a new ATH
Am I changing my positioning?
No
Am I taking profits?
No
Am I a retard?
Yes
I've been calling bears retards since 60k, I think here you can at least make a compelling case
I just don't wanna

I'm reasonably confident that I'm not even thinking big enough for how much on chain options will grow through EOY 2027.
And I'm thinking in the trillions 😂
I do think on chain options will gain market share vs Deribit much faster than on chain perps have gained on Binance.
For reference, Hyperliquid and Lighter are combining for about 10% of Binance, OKX, and Bybit perp volume. @DeriveXYZ is already doing 5-8% of Deribit volume.
I think Hyperliquid and Lighter can easily get up to 30%+ of perps in 2027, but I think on chain options share (Derive, but also potentially Lighter, Paradex, HL if they're live) gets north of 50% vs Deribit.
2027 will be the year that DEXs>CEXs. Binance, Coinbase, Deribit are bloated, complacent, and asleep at the wheel. Zero innovation, garbage UI/UX. Billions more in equity value will flow to DEX tokens like $HYPE, $LIT, and $DRV from here.

Have 300x 100/125k $BTC call spreads for Dec25, but there's lots of different ways to express "$BTC to ATH by Christmas". This is just how I am. Thought being I'm not positive we can crack $100k by then, but if we do, a run at ATH is an interesting bet.
If you were to do 80k/125k x300 $BTC you have $4m more upside (max $11.4m), but it also costs about 5.5x as much at $2.1m premium vs 377k for the 100/125.

After Friday's post-cpi retrace, mkt rinsed out the minor build-up of open interest that was there, spot buyers absorbed range lows.
Looks like perp traders now are unsure & don't want to place big bets ahead of FOMC. Mkt looking duly de-frothed. I added some btc this morning.
Crazy how different all the charts look out there in terms of market structure. Which is actually nice bc it filters out a lot of trades and allows you to be a lot more selective in finding good setups overall on majors. $Eth is another Id like to add to early next week. Feels like after its next rally, whenever that is we will be seeing around 3.2k possibly. Would love to get a sweep lower first if given for those adds

I think I agree we haven't found the killer meta yet but we are in the ballpark.
These token-stock hybrids feel so close to something big but still one or two tweaks away. I think the pieces are there but my gut says they haven't been put together optimally yet.
I will continue watching for more novel mechanisms to pop up and shout when one really hits me.

Robinhood Chain is facing its first test here.
If I had to guess, volume recovers but I don't think the current meta is sustainable.
Something else needs to work for the real leg up.
Pre-IPO perps feel like they were made for Robinhood Chain to me.
This is very important so I am going to explain this as simple as possible because people won’t read the full report:
- robinhood:0x2e8c31162b855a2ffa90f6f8634643ad6f111e18 already has $40M+ of liquidity across 40+ pools. That’s about 1/6 of all LP on Robinhood Chain.
- In the last week alone, 10 new pools opened against robinhood:0x2e8c31162b855a2ffa90f6f8634643ad6f111e18 (ICOIN, ORBIO, FATCOIN, MEME, RSTR, DRILL, NUDES, PONS, DGAME, MOO). Eight of those formed in just six days.
- Example: The robinhood:0x2e8c31162b855a2ffa90f6f8634643ad6f111e18/$BONER pool went live and in seven days became the #1 venue for BONER, handling 35–37% of all BONER volume. New pairs are already taking 15% of robinhood:0x2e8c31162b855a2ffa90f6f8634643ad6f111e18's ~$36M daily tape.
- As this continues, more tokens launch against robinhood:0x2e8c31162b855a2ffa90f6f8634643ad6f111e18, more volume routes through robinhood:0x2e8c31162b855a2ffa90f6f8634643ad6f111e18, and more robinhood:0x2e8c31162b855a2ffa90f6f8634643ad6f111e18 gets locked as inventory in those pools. Liquidity compounds.
The key here is none of this is priced into robinhood:0x2e8c31162b855a2ffa90f6f8634643ad6f111e18. To most people it’s just a dog meme sitting on a NVIDIA pair.
So what does this mean if you actually value it as the liquidity layer for stock memes on a chain with no native token (removing any memetic value)?
Bear case: $20–90M. Meta stalls, bridges stay small, stocks never route through it.
Base case: $500M–$1.2B. 15 decent meme stocks, handling a real but not dominant share of their flow. 2–5x from here.
Bull case: $2.7–12B. 30 memes, two runners, stocks start pairing through robinhood:0x2e8c31162b855a2ffa90f6f8634643ad6f111e18.
Extra bull: $8.5–40B. robinhood:0x2e8c31162b855a2ffa90f6f8634643ad6f111e18 becomes the actual money of the Robinhood Chain meme-stock economy.
The probability-weighted expected valuation is $3.7 billion market cap (at 19x from today)
There is no Robinhood token. robinhood:0x2e8c31162b855a2ffa90f6f8634643ad6f111e18 is the closest thing to a proxy because it already sits at the center of the liquidity, the NVDA vault, and the new pairs.
The market is still pricing the meme. It is not pricing the infrastructure.

$ETH trying to break $2550 for the 8th time, unreal.
You can see in real time how the market is sidelined and doesn't have the patience to wait for lower to buy in.
