Trump says he doesn’t care about inflation. Says he doesn’t care about rising prices.
I spent all Friday hearing from New Yorkers across the state struggling with soaring grocery bills and gas prices, directly impacted by his costly tariffs and reckless foreign wars that have made life unaffordable for working families.

It's repulsive. This level of self-dealing is unlike anything we’ve seen from any other President and my Republican colleagues should stop enabling it.

These are not academic concerns. They hurt all of us - and they are related to the reasons we can't have common-sense outcomes that most Americans actually agree on.

A record-breaking heat wave is intensifying across much of the central and eastern U.S., pushing temperatures to what officials are calling "dangerous" levels.
More than 200 million Americans were under alerts on Tuesday for extreme heat. Temperatures felt well above 100 degrees across much of the Midwest. And soon, that same sweltering heat will peak in places like New York.
As we look ahead to the July 4 weekend, forecasters say that, starting Wednesday, it's going to get worse before it gets better for large portions of the Midwest, including Chicago, Cleveland and Detroit.
The "heat dome," as it's known, shifts east by the end of the week, threatening record temperatures across New York, much of the Mid-Atlantic and even New England.
