Stroke Teams- does anyone risk assess patients need to have a nurse escort when transferring to tertiary centre for MT? Particularly if post TPA? If so, any paperwork you are willing to share? Also does anyone know if the nurse is insured to travel & deliver care whilst en route?
30 years ago today I had just received the results of my final exam to become a qualified nurse, doesn’t seem possible, I don’t feel old enough to have done something for 30 years!
