Tokyo is now on its 31st consecutive day of rain. This doesn’t mean it has rained continuously, but that rainfall has been observed every day in the last month. To mark this milestone, it’s been pissing down all day today in the capital. 🇯🇵 🌧️ ☔️ 🌧️ ☔️

An extreme rainfall event has been ongoing for hours in Chiba, just east of Tokyo. Chiba city itself saw 107mm in just one hour. Lots of images and videos of major street flooding, people wading through water and disruption to transportation

Gianni Infantino surely cannot survive as FIFA president now. UEFA, AFC and CONCACAF have begun preliminary discussions about the possibility of organizing competitions among themselves to ensure that players can continue to compete - such as in the Women’s Under-20s World Cup which starts in less than a month - and are not impacted by the ongoing crisis surrounding Gianni Infantino.
The message from the three confederations to Infantino is very clear. He is being given the opportunity to resign and leave his position with dignity. He has the opportunity to go now and should not seek re-election in March. Because the pressure, the heat and the headlines are not going away. Change has to come. Infantino has to go.

EA Sports have actually cooked again 😳😮💨
At the beginning of the tournament they predicted Spain would win the World Cup, and they've only gone and made that a reality 🏆🇪🇸
Let's not forget, they've predicted the last five winners completely accurately 💯
