Lee Chang-dong, you absolute genius. The direction is phenomenal. The cinematography is gorgeous, the score is beautiful, and the screenplay is some of the most layered, nuanced, and thought-provoking writing I’ve seen all year. And the performances were phenomenal. I’m stunned!

My ★★★★½ Review of Fjord boxd.it/gVEUvF

Review of ‘Fjord’ (2026) ★★★★½

Fjord is genuinely one of the best Romanian films I've seen in recent years. It’s a gripping, slow-burning social drama that explores the tightrope between traditional values and progressive modern…

Fjord made me uncomfortable, but in a good way. it's hard not to feel empathy, even when certain situations make you uneasy. the pacing is really good, and the story kept me hooked without trying too hard. Sebastian and Renate were absolutely incredible.

My ★★★★ review of Clayface boxd.it/gV6viD

Review of ‘Clayface’ (2026) ★★★★

Clayface feels like a refreshing change of pace for the DC Universe. Instead of relying on the usual superhero formula, it embraces a darker atmosphere and a more character-driven approach that makes…

Wow, Clayface is exactly what the DCU needed, a dark, gritty, and genuinely terrifying villain origin story that feels completely unique. Tom Rhys Harries gives an incredible, tragic performance as Matt Hagen, and That entire 3rd act was incredible man.
