In the old days if someone survived an execution attempt from hanging to drowning- they were often allowed to live. Because it was assumed God(s) wanted them to serve another purpose and live.
We were never meant to be executioners. Death penalty is always murder. Christa survived. Her crimes were heinous. She’s spent a long time in prison- and perhaps if she has to spend the rest of her life there her purpose will be to educate others. Put them on a better path. Maybe even prevent future murders.
We don’t know. But what I do know is that the facet of society cheering for her to be dragged out and shot to “finish the job” are the saddest portion of society and are a mirror of violence to that which they judge her for.
You know what’s ACTUALLY antisemitic? Assuming that real Jewish people are too unintelligent and too emotional to be able to tell the difference between church and state. Actual Jewish people are often intelligent. Compassionate. Nuanced. And they know a gov isnt their God.
I don’t think that is actually Trump speaking right now. I know I sound like a whackadoodle. But I study people for a living. I really feel like is not him on the podium. That’s someone else delivering the speech for him. Anyone else? #trump #doublingprogram
Everyone putting down @JasmineForUS because she’s “negging Talarico” has a short attention span or bad faith. She’s saying she’s helping to bring IN voters by working backwards from bottom up on the ballot to introduce non committed Black voters to the polls through familiarity.
