fair warning: i'm a bottom harry only account and a tomarrymort main. I do ship several ships but I can be a bit picky about dynamics. i don't mind people who enjoy different stuff than me, i just probably will mute certain dynamics so I might not interact w/ those tweets.

Okay so Voldemort as Harry's sleep paralysis demon is great but what about MoD Harry as pre wraith Voldemorts' sleep paralysis demon. Like once a week he just shows up in the guy's bedroom to explain to him how he will die an early death if he doesn't get his act together soon

Harry: Also, prophecies are so overrated, you really can't trust em. Anyway- Voldemort in the morning, finally able to move after staring at Harry's face for six hours: They're a powerful entity linked to death, visiting me at night to advise me for my future... #wifedat

I really like the link between Harry's emotions and his magic, especially the portrayal during PoA. The book starts with him losing his temper and thus control over his magic and ends with him mastering a spell that requires very high emotional control. It shows some nice growth.

(PoA generally has a lot of links between magic and emotions. There's the boggart and the spell to banish it, and Sirius' ability to hide from the Dementors as an animagus) It also sets up the idea that Harry is a powerful wizard who in turn lacks control over his magic at times

Harry feels very deeply, and that is reflected in his relationship to magic in a way. I also love the HC that Harry is especially good at emotion based magic, which is supported by his mastery of the Patronus and maybe even by his ability to cast Crucio on his second ever try.

I hate that Dumbledore bashing has become the expected characterization for him. People just generally think everybody they interact with hates him until told otherwise

I never know what to respond when ppl try it in my mentions either, like do I just say "No, Dumbledore's my man, actually" like how do I tell em 😭

coming out as a lily potter defender i don’t think using potter means u “reduce her” harry's mom/james' wife any more than using evans “reduces her” to mr evans' daughter. she is both an evans and a potter! one is on her birth certificate and one is on her grave. both are her 🫶🏻

AI writing is so infuriating to read, it's painful. Just a whole lot of yapping with no substance. And the pacing is so fucked every time, is it so hard to form a descriptive sentence without adding a full stop or comma behind every word? Is there a limit on words per sentence??

It'll be "The house was cold. Dark. Empty. Like a bread box after lunch. Haunted, almost. No. Worse. Abandoned," the whole fic. And these things can WORK! Controlling the pacing is a literary device! But AI writing overuses it until it has no impact and it ends up a drag to read!
