It’s July 29th, which means it’s my #gotchaday!! My parents adopted & took me home 55 years ago today. I love them both so much and I couldn’t be more thankful for this life they’ve given me! ❤️ if you were adopted, do you also celebrate your gotcha day?!

I suppose our joint Christmas present this year is car repair. Art had an accident in our 2020 Kia Soul on Dec 22. There’s no body damage but he did a number on the front carriage. W/the holidays, it'll take a bit to get the claim through & get it repaired. Merry Ho Ho to us!

Your successes will be remembered far more than your failures. Nobody expects you to get it perfect every time.
To become great at anything - a sport, an instrument, a job - you have to practice, do your drills, keep showing up and trying again.
