I’m more mad at the price of this vs the actual food.
This doesn’t work in 2026

How My Portfolio Pays My Bills xitter.cf/i/broadcasts/1RJjpbwaB…
Don’t be an income etf investor who buys Bitcoin for long term growth and also dabbles in Pokemon cards collecting.
It’s not fun. I hate having extra time to spend with my family.
Crypto exchanges are rolling out prediction markets because trading volume dried up.
Translation: when people stop gambling on coins, give them something new to gamble on.
Yet people continue to just think income ETFs are “stealing” money.
What's the last bet that actually paid you long term?

Nobody retires in one jump.
You retire one bill at a time.
First your portfolio pays the phone bill.
Then the car insurance.
Then the groceries.
Then the property tax. (Still mad about that one.)
Then one day you realize the job is optional.
Which bill is your portfolio covering right now?

INCOME + GROWTH
TDAX now owns TDAQ shares directly! 🤝
(instead of getting 100% of its exposure via a swap).
This cuts financing “drag” from swap costs — costs that don’t show up in the expense ratio but reduce what shareholders actually keep. Less swap reliance = more of the underlying return left for you.
Management fee dropped from 0.98% to 0.36% (via waiver) to offset the TDAQ fees it now carries. Net expense ratio is ~0.97% (slightly better than before).
Same ticker, same 130% daily target, same distributions. Automatic upgrade — nothing for shareholders to do.
Better structure, lower hidden costs, more return potential.
Quick question. Be honest.
If the market closed for six months tomorrow — no prices, no tickers, nothing to watch — how much would your portfolio pay you while you waited?
The Bitcoin holder would keep stacking. Good. That's the mindset.
The income fund investor would collect ~$1,458 a month on every $100,000. Six months: ~$8,750. Deposited. Spendable. Real.
Most portfolios pay you nothing until you're right.
Mine pays me while I'm waiting to be.
So — what's yours doing for you in the silence?
Growth you can only look at?
Having to pay property tax after I have a paid for mortgage is strange.
$1,000 a month just to exist.
